During our 60 minute session, we’ll discuss your podcasting goals and challenges, and you’ll receive value-packed answers so you can hit the ground running on your podcasting journey. 

This 60-minute virtual session will focus on your top priorities. Some examples are:

  • How to get crystal clear on your concept, ideal listener, format, topics, guests, or podcast goals

  • Technical questions about recording, equipment, software, and interview best practices

  • Imposter syndrome and how to beat it

  • Outlining a simple and easy launch plan for a new podcast

  • How to prioritize your time & budget to have a positive impact while still having fun

  • How to produce a successful bilingual podcast 

    *You’ll receive an audio and video recording of our chat and a document of my notes of what we covered with resources and next steps

 

Impact-Driven Strategy

Starting at $2,000

Designed for aspiring or established podcasters that want to create an impact via their show, but are unclear on what exact steps they need to take to achieve their goals.

During our initial 60-minute session, we’ll dive deep to the heart of your podcast values, current processes, ideas, goals, and plans!

Based on our call, I’ll then develop a personalized strategy to establish how your podcast can be successful and sustainable.

Your strategy is customized to meet your specific goals and typically can include*:

  • Audit on podcast marketing, promotion, promotion, and social media approach & steps to improve

  • Feedback on your current podcast promotion efforts

  • Customized approach to marketing your podcast

  • Recommend improvements for how to effectively market and sell your product or service using your podcast

  • Tools and training to understand marketing best practices 

  • Provide tools and sustainable processes to feel your best and avoid burnout & Podfade

  • Tech recommendations, timelines of when to apply your strategy & anything else you need to know on your path to podcast success.

*After creating your strategy, we’ll jump on a 60-minute call to go over your strategy and answer any questions.

3 month commitment

Receive personalized support and helpful tactical advice for your podcast when we meet once a month for 75 minutes.

During our sessions, we’ll focus on your:

  • Podcast goals and what steps to take to reach them

  • current workflow processes and how to improve them

  • establishing content plans & making creative updates to your episodes

  • aligning growth needs with your business strategy

  • and any other podcast support you need

After each call, I will update your custom Podcast Portfolio with a step-by-step guide to help you accomplish your goals. I’ll also upload the recording of both audio and video.

Between sessions, I’ll be available on weekdays via email for support and check-in as needed!

  • Every podcast strategy session is with our founder, Brenda. You’ll receive personalized support to establish how your podcast can be successful for your business and sustainable for your life. We’ll dive straight to the foundation of your podcast ideas, plans, and goals. I’ll provide actionable steps and answers around tech and timing so you can begin your podcast journey with success.

  • My approach to podcast strategy combines thoughtful questioning, clear advice, and unwavering support. I’ll ask thought-provoking questions to uncover your podcast dreams, and I’ll provide clear and actionable solutions that save you the time and effort of endless research. If you’re self-employed, a small business owner or author, we’ll also consider how your podcast fits into your marketing strategy and supports your long-term goals.

  • I currently offer single, 60-minute sessions and this is geared towards aspiring or seasoned podcasters who want to dive deeper into one or more parts of their podcast with a trusted strategist.

    The Impact-Driven Strategy offers an initial 40-minute session for aspiring or established podcasters who want to focus on one aspect of their podcast to strengthen their podcast. Then I’ll present the custom strategy in a 30-minute call to go over any questions.

    The three-month program is designed for podcasters who want a thoughtful, strategic advisor for their podcast through a season of reflection, growth or creative input in their episodes. There’s a monthly 75-minute session and email support

  • These podcast strategy sessions or program is for:

    • Podcasters who want thoughtful and expert support to create and produce a successful and sustainable show.

    • Podcast who want to reach a bigger audience, and want help creating a clear growth strategy for getting more listeners, clients, and create an additional income stream.

    • Launched your show on your own and now you’re ready to invest in support taking it to the next level while also getting clear about what your next level is.

    • Your show has pod-faded and you want support getting back to your show in a sustainable and healthy way.

    • Your podcast is between seasons, and you want help planning your content & promotion strategy for what’s next.

    • You’re on the brink or already deep in podcast burnout, and you need support making your show more sustainable so you don’t just quit altogether.

    • You know your ideal clients are listening to your episodes, but you need help turning those listeners into paying clients.

  • A single session costs $100 USD.

    A custom strategy for your podcast is $300.

    A three-month package costs $500/month for three months or $1500 paid in full.

  • Sessions are available Tuesdays and Thursdays.

    Tuesdays from 11am - 2pm ET.

    Thursdays from 11am - 4pm ET.

    For a single session, you’ll select your session date and time when you book via Calendly.

    For a custom strategy or a three-month package, you’ll book and then we’ll schedule session times.
