Lorena is the Founder and CEO of every POINT ONE, an auditing agency that works with STEM organizations to evaluate and create processes that focus on diverse recruitment & retention, reduction of bias in product development, and communicating in an inclusive manner to your audience.
Lorena believes every .1% matters when you’re changing the stats to ensure we all have an inclusive and equitable future in STEM. You see, Lorena grew up wanting to be a doctor, but not choosing that path due to not seeing Latina doctors. We talk about her first path of working at Wells Fargo, a journey where she learned to advocate for herself, acquire the necessary tools for her future.
